Job Summary

We are looking to hire an experienced bilingual Senior Product Designer who will play a key role within Tiqmo's design team, contributing to the development and refinement of our products in Kuwait. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in interaction design, prototyping, and creating animations and micro-interactions that improve user experience across web and mobile platforms. This position requires a strong user-centered approach and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset to thrive in a dynamic, product-focused environment. The role will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to transform complex financial concepts into accessible, elegant solutions that build trust and ease of use.

Primary Duties and Key Responsibilities

  • Lead interaction design efforts, from wireframes to high-fidelity mockups and flows.
  • Build and maintain interactive prototypes to communicate product direction.
  • Design polished animations and transitions that enrich the product experience.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders in agile sprints.
  • Translate user insights and business goals into elegant, functional experiences.
  • Contribute to and evolve the design system for consistency and scalability.
  • Conduct usability testing and iterate based on findings and analytics.
  • Present and articulate design rationale to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior designers and help raise the design maturity of the team.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in product/UX/UI design roles.
  • English fluency and Arabic proficiency are both required.
  • Proven experience with interaction design and flow mapping.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma, with working knowledge of tools like Play, Framer, Rive, or After Effects.
  • A solid portfolio demonstrating prototypes, animations, and motion design in shipped digital products.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and cross-functional product teams.
  • Understanding of accessibility and responsive design principles.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to justify design decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other departments and stakeholders.
  • Experience in designing Fintech products is highly advantageous
