We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Reservation Agent to join our team. As a Reservation Agent, you will be responsible for processing all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by various means. You will need to identify guest reservation needs and determine the appropriate room type.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations in a timely and efficient manner
  • Determine the appropriate room type based on guest reservation needs
  • Verify availability of room type and rate
  • Explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies to guests
  • Accommodate and document special requests
  • Answer questions about property facilities/services and room accommodations
  • Follow sales techniques to maximize revenue
  • Input and access data in the reservation system

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • No related work experience necessary
  • No supervisory experience required
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of reservation systems
