Lead Paint Technician

We are seeking a skilled Painter Lead to oversee painting tasks and supervise a team of employees in Kuwait.
The successful candidate will have experience in painting and surface preparation, as well as the ability to lead and manage a small team.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise a team of painters and ensure that painting tasks are completed efficiently.
- Prepare surfaces for painting by washing, filling holes, and sanding until smooth.
- Apply paint, stain, and other finishes to painted surfaces using various tools and techniques.
- Mix colors and ingredients to obtain the correct color or consistency.
- Minimum of three years of experience as a painter, acquired through formal apprenticeship or equivalent training and experience.
- Knowledge of surface peculiarities and types of paint required for different applications.
- Ability to work in a physically demanding environment with exposure to extreme temperatures, noise, and hazards.
- Light work, exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds frequently.
This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will be able to prioritize tasks, manage their time effectively, and maintain a safe and clean working environment.
They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues and provide guidance and support to team members.
