Job Description

We are seeking a skilled General Maintenance Mechanic to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing various general and specialized trade skills, including electrical, carpentry, painting, concrete, plumbing, welding, drywall, door hardware, and ceiling and flooring systems.

Duties may also include maintenance of structures surrounding the facility, such as fencing, gates, area lighting, sidewalks, and pavements. The technician will be responsible for infrastructure sustainment activities and repair and change locks in the building, as well as perform complex lock servicing to ensure maximum safety of all people.

The ideal candidate will have excellent mechanical skills to handle equipment and must be able to evaluate computer-related work orders accurately. Strong communication skills are essential to effectively communicate system problems to both co-workers and management.

Key Responsibilities
