About the Role

We are seeking a skilled software engineer to support our operations. This role requires strong data-analytics algorithm development experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in front-end web and back-end engine development.

The ideal candidate will design and develop software and algorithms, create HTML/CSS prototypes, and contribute to digital product development. Additionally, they will maintain web applications, manage collaboration platforms, and ensure the integration of backend technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop software using C#, Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, frameworks, databases, and backend technologies.
  • Create analytics including statistical, graph, machine learning, and deep learning models.
  • Collaborate with the team to understand and refine solutions, UI, and backend.
  • Participate in all phases of product development from concept to launch.
  • Work closely with team members to achieve common goals.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation.
  • Provide technical assistance as needed.
  • Maintain and improve software modules for web, database, and collaboration applications.
  • Ensure adherence to software standards and procedures.
  • Assist in requirements gathering, solution recommendation, and implementation.
  • Coordinate the resolution of software issues.
  • Share expertise on software engineering best practices with project teams.
  • Explore methods to enhance software quality and productivity.
  • Manage and publish content on collaboration platforms and intranet sites.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Science, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • US National citizenship required.
  • A valid driver's license to obtain a host country license.
  • An active security clearance that must be maintained.
    • Skills: Experience with testing frameworks, version control systems, DevOps, and proficiency in English communication. Strong computer skills in office software. 3-5 years of experience with web servers in a Microsoft environment and collaboration platforms. 1-3 years of experience with programming languages such as VB, Java, .NET, or similar tools.
      • Working Conditions: Extended time in a computer room may be required.
        • Physical Requirements: Sedentary work; may exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally. Mostly sitting, with occasional walking and standing.
