  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service through staff performance monitoring and feedback.
  • Providing comprehensive training to new employees and ongoing support to existing staff on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and company protocols.
  • Conducting thorough inspections of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to identify and rectify any deficiencies promptly.
  • Ensuring guest privacy is respected at all times, particularly when 'Do Not Disturb' status is displayed.
  • Managing guest requests, including VIP amenities, and communicating them to relevant team members.
