Supply Chain Coordinator Lead


Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Coordinator Lead to oversee the coordination of activities between Receiving, Issuing and Storage of APS-5 Equipment. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage personnel and ensure compliance with supply procedures and regulations.


Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Provides guidance and direction to team members in receipt, inventory, configuration, storage, and issue of APS-5 equipment in accordance with US Army Supply Policies and Procedures.
  • Training and Development: Trains, mentors, and counsels personnel to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Warehouse Operations: Oversees daily warehouse operations, including configuration and inventory management.
  • Inventory Management: Maintains accurate inventory records using computer terminals.
  • STAMIS Systems: Operates various STAMIS programs, such as AWRDS and LMP systems.
  • Storage and Inventory: Determines optimal methods for storage, identification, and stock location, considering temperature, humidity, height and weight limits, turnover, floor loading capacities, and required space.
  • Reporting and Compliance: Generates daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required by the department and ensures strict compliance with safety practices, ISO Policies, and Quality Management System.

Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Experience: At least 3 years' experience in Supply, Inventory management, warehouse, or related field is required.
  • Certifications and Clearances: Ability to obtain SAAR approval for NIPR access to USG STAMIS and T1 NACI clearance for U.S. Citizens.

Work Environment

This role requires the ability to work in extreme environmental conditions, including dust and high temperatures, and to lift up to 50 pounds. The ideal candidate must be able to perform job duties efficiently and effectively while maintaining a safe work environment.
