About the Opportunity:

A luxurious spa sanctuary awaits in the heart of Kuwait City. This contemporary oasis seamlessly blends Middle Eastern architecture, stunning art, and spacious resort-like surroundings. As a Female Spa Therapist at Four Seasons, you will have the opportunity to provide an unparalleled spa experience, exceeding our guests' expectations and conforming to our high standards of excellence.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver personalized spa treatments, ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for our guests.
  • Greet guests warmly and escort them to their treatment rooms, ensuring a seamless and professional experience.
  • Perform various facial and body treatments according to established protocols, demonstrating expertise in aromatherapy, reflexology, deep tissue, and Swedish techniques.
  • Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly to concerns, and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Upsell spa products, considering guests' needs and sales targets, while maximizing department revenue.

About You:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-end luxury spa, hotel, or resort is required.
  • You must be physically able to meet the demands of this role, which involves standing for long periods, lifting equipment, and moving quickly.
  • Proper licensing and qualifications are necessary to perform treatments safely and effectively.
  • You should possess excellent interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
