Job Summary:

  • Provide a serene spa experience, adhering to Four Seasons' standards of excellence in quality, professionalism, and friendliness.
  • Greet guests warmly and escort them to the changing room and treatment area, ensuring all necessary amenities are available.
  • Deliver various treatments according to established protocols, demonstrating expertise in aromatherapy, reflexology, deep tissue, and Swedish massage techniques.
  • Customize services to cater to guests' needs and preferences, ensuring their peace and relaxation.
  • Anticipate and respond promptly to guests' concerns and requests, maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
  • Report any issues to the management team and collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery.
