About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our kitchen team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and presentation, with excellent attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook food according to standard procedures, recipe cards, photographs, and given instructions.
  • Help the Chef de Partie/Demi Chef de Partie to establish standard recipes and ensure compliance with them.
  • Constantly inspect taste, temperature, and visual appeal, making sure that all dishes are uniform and that established portion sizes are adhered to.
  • Participate in product development and controlling the smooth operation of the kitchen.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of two years' experience working in a similar position in an Arabic Cuisine Restaurant.
  • The ability to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Arabic.
