Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled IT Systems Analyst to join our team at Recooty. As an IT Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business requirements and developing technology solutions to meet those needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with stakeholders to understand their IT-related requirements
- Analyze functional specifications and identify potential solutions
- Develop cost and time estimation, project briefs, and project charters for IT projects
- Conduct end-user training and awareness workshops
- Manage post-go-live support and stabilization of the system
Requirements:
- A university degree in a related field
- Solid technology and business analysis experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
- Proven experience in IT project management and related tools
- Experience in MS Office and database understanding
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in at least one of the ERPs (SAP Business One, SAP, Oracle, MS Dynamics)
- CRM knowledge
- Programming languages background
- Valid Kuwaiti driving license
- BSc/BA in Computer Science
