Key Responsibilities:



  • Oversee container loadings worldwide on a daily basis
  • Handle freight flow processes
  • Responsible for loading the containers as per control measures in place by management as well as in alignment with the buying team
  • Reporting on bookings of shipments regularly by updating the ERP System diligently for better management
  • Responsible for managing relationships with shipping lines & freight forwarders by assisting suppliers to ship as per intended timelines and in alignment with China team instructions
  • Check copy documents as per destination clearance process

Requirements:



  • Preferably for Kuwaiti National
  • Require 1-3 years of experience in handling documentation either in the capacity of purchase handling freight or handling key account in a freight forwarding company.
  • Electronics and Furniture background is preferable
  • Knowledge of rules and regulations of shipping lines locally and regionally
  • Language - Arabic, English - writing, reading, and speaking is a must and primary requirement
  • Good computer skills required including typing & MS Office, especially MS Excel and MS Power Point
  • Plan and prioritize based on business unit requirements
