Job Title: Senior Visual Commercial

The Senior Visual Commercial plays a crucial role in supporting commercial activities and replacing the department manager when needed. This ensures the highest standards of product display and customer service are achieved and maintained.

Main Responsibilities:

- Solve customer complaints in a timely manner, suggesting solutions or escalating them as appropriate.

- Process orders efficiently, addressing any items blocking the workflow.

- Organize various commercial activities while aligning with departmental managers to ensure adequate manpower.

- Control and monitor section sales budgets by driving sales, generating reports, proposing action plans, and executing merchandising tasks.

- Greet customers and ensure they are served by shop staff in a timely manner, adhering to quality and customer service standards.

- Assist in placing products to ensure effective stock management and availability.

- Communicate sales plans and targets to the shop/department team, monitoring performance on an ongoing basis and suggesting corrective actions when needed.

- Provide team members with necessary support, including training and development, to maximize sales.

Requirements:

Language & Technical Skills

- Fluency in English.

Technical Skills

- Proficiency in MS Office.

Specific Expertise

- Proficiency in shop/stock management tools.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Experience:

Zero to two years of experience in Retail or a similar role.
