Job Summary

This role is responsible for the maintenance, troubleshooting and optimization of enterprise-class data center infrastructure. As a key member of our team, you will ensure the reliability and availability of our network services, providing expert-level support for large-scale networking infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert-level knowledge of data center infrastructure hardware such as Nexus 3K/5K/9K, Fabric Extenders, UCS chassis and UCS Fabric Interconnects.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex network issues, including vPC, FCoE, Catalyst VSS, MPLS L3VPN, MPLS Traffic Engineering, eBGP/iBGP, OSPF/EIGRP, DMVPN, QOS, FlexPod design philosophy, among other tunneling and data center-centric technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operation of data center services, and implement process improvements as needed.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of data center infrastructure, including configuration details and best practices.
