Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide top-tier support for escalated issues and complex projects related to enterprise-level storage systems, including NetApp CIFS, NFS, iSCSI, and FC/FCoE storage presented to various systems such as VMware ESXi, Unix, and Linux clients, as well as Windows file services and desktop clients.">
  • Develop and maintain detailed documentation for Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) for configuring and managing storage, storage networks, and physical disks, as well as data protection, access control, resource monitoring and management, storage high availability, fault tolerance, and scalable storage infrastructure.">
  • Maintain daily monitoring of all enterprise storage for integrity, reliability, resource utilization, and availability, and provide periodic reports on storage capacity and utilization, as well as system uptime and performance.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize storage solutions that meet the business requirements and ensure maximum efficiency and reliability.">
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex technical issues, develop creative solutions, and provide expert advice to stakeholders.">
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, MIS, IS, Engineering, or a related field.">
  • At least five years of practical experience working with various data technologies, including CIFS, NFS, FC, and iSCSI protocols.">
  • Hands-on experience with NetApp On-Command System Manager and Data ONTAP command-line interface (CLI).">
  • NetApp configuration and administration experience and understanding of NetApp replication technologies.">
  • Experience with FC/SAN switches and directors.">
  • Experience with regular storage capacity planning and reporting.">
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies, including VMware vSphere 7.0+.">
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.">
  • Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment and execute multiple complex tasks simultaneously.">
  • Certifications in areas like NetApp, VMware, Cisco, or other relevant certifications.">
