Collection Team Lead

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Collection Team Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively responding to billing enquiries and contacting customers to advise them of unpaid accounts and arranging for timely settlement.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  1. Working to achieve individual collection targets.
  2. Undertaking all actions required by the system and updating the database continually.
  3. Setting monthly targets for the collection team.
  4. Implementing and establishing (monthly and quarterly) collection plans to enhance cash flow.


Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A Bachelor's degree or diploma in business or a related discipline from a recognised tertiary institution.
  • 3-4 years' experience in customer service and/or administration.
  • Good negotiation skills.
  • Fluent verbal and written communication in both Arabic and English.
  • Team leadership and coaching skills.
