About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Director to join our team at Caliberly. The successful candidate will have a strong background in facilities management and be able to deliver high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To manage and maintain the overall performance of the facilities team, ensuring that all services are delivered to the highest standard.
  • To develop and implement effective strategies for improving facilities management processes and procedures.
  • To work closely with clients to understand their needs and requirements, and to ensure that these are met through the delivery of excellent facilities management services.
  • To manage budgets and resources effectively, ensuring that facilities operations are conducted in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
  • To develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • To ensure that all health and safety policies and procedures are implemented and maintained, and that all employees and contractors are aware of their responsibilities in this regard.
  • To manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including incident reports, accident reports, and other relevant documentation.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in facilities management, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Proven experience in managing budgets and resources effectively, with a track record of delivering cost savings and efficiency improvements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues promptly and effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to working hours and tasks.
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations, including health and safety, employment law, and data protection.

Working Environment:

The successful candidate will be based at our offices in [location], and will be required to travel frequently to meet with clients and contractors. The role will involve working primarily on-site, but may also require occasional remote working.

Salary and Benefits:
