About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager in the travel sector. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic plans, and executing tactics to drive business growth and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the travel industry.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives, including identifying new business opportunities and expanding our presence in the travel industry.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and effective communication with clients.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales, including meeting or exceeding targets, developing strong relationships, and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with the local travel industry and ability to navigate complex sales environments.
