Job Description

This is a unique opportunity to lead a professional support team, ensuring excellent customer satisfaction and technical expertise. As a Technical Support Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a talented team of engineers, driving operational excellence, and contributing to the development of the support knowledge base.

Responsibilities
  • Team Management: Lead a team of skilled engineers, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure their growth and success.
  • Operational Control: Develop and implement processes to ensure timely and effective issue resolution, meeting service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Customer Escalations: Act as the primary point of contact for complex customer issues, resolving them efficiently and professionally.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive CLI experience with Linux, leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results under pressure. Fluency in two languages is preferred, but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this role.
