About the RoleAs a Sales Event Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional events that exceed our guests' expectations.
Duties and Responsibilities- Act as a sales specialist for events, covering relationship building, account management, and event planning.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients to increase revenue and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate and execute various events, including conferences, weddings, and other social gatherings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution and exceed client expectations.
- Degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management is desired.
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience as an Event Executive in hotel operations.
- Strong administrative and interpersonal skills are essential.
- Bilingual speaker (Arabic & English) is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Good understanding of selling techniques and events knowledge.
