Job Summary

They will be able to drive talent management, performance management, and succession planning to ensure the organization has the right skills and competencies to achieve its goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a strategic people plan aligned with business objectives
  • Drive talent management, performance management, and succession planning
  • Lead on organizational design and change initiatives
  • Work closely with the group talent acquisition team to ensure fit for future talent
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or human resources or a related field. MBA or equivalent qualifications are preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a generalist / 360 HR or HRBP role in the GCC region.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to balance strategic mindset and operational deep dive
