The Procurement Manager is a strategic leader responsible for overseeing end-to-end procurement operations, driving cost efficiency, product quality, and supply chain performance. This role requires expertise in procurement, supply chain optimization, and collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to achieve business continuity and growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee the supply chain to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products and services.
  • Lead optimization initiatives to balance cost, quality, and operational efficiency.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and logistics partners.
  • Manage the full supplier lifecycle including selection, onboarding, performance evaluations, and compliance with quality, safety, and ethical standards.
  • Negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms while maintaining product and service excellence.
  • Use analytics and market intelligence to support data-driven procurement decisions.
  • Implement procurement best practices and innovative solutions to improve efficiency and supply resilience.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and sustainability initiatives.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing procurement team with a culture of accountability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with overall business goals.
Requirements
  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive procurement experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or managerial role.
  • Skills & Qualifications:
  • Expertise in strategic sourcing, vendor management, and cost optimization.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience building and leading effective teams.
  • Commercially savvy with analytical skills to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Experience leading digital procurement initiatives and continuous improvement.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
