Job Summary

This role supports our Institutional Sales team in providing ongoing administrative and servicing assistance to institutional clients. The successful candidate will have a strong focus on prioritization and attention to detail, with excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask.

About the Role

The Institutional Client Account Manager is responsible for overseeing client reporting, conducting market studies, organizing client review meetings with portfolio managers, and developing and delivering client training programs. They will also coordinate client due diligence events and address any ad-hoc client requests.

Provide ongoing administrative and servicing assistance to institutional clientsOversee client reporting and conduct market studiesOrganize client review meetings with portfolio managersDevelop and deliver client training programsCoordinate client due diligence eventsAddress any ad-hoc client requests

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of client service or related experience in a client contact capacity in the Financial Services Industry
  • Strong communication skills, with an ability to communicate with people on all levels in and outside the company
  • Fluency in English and Arabic is critical for this position
  • Strong focus on prioritization and attention to detail
  • Able to resolve client challenges and ensure a positive experience
  • Ability to multitask while working both independently and in a fast-paced, team-focused environment
