Job Title

Maintenance Supervisor – Tetra Pak Aseptic Packaging

Responsibilities
  • To ensure that respective plant machinery and equipment are properly maintained and any issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • To supervise the daily functions of the section including, but not limited to maintenance issues, personnel utilization, disciplinary issues, health and safety, hygiene and general housekeeping.
Plant Maintenance Responsibilities
  • Ensuring that preventive maintenance tasks are performed correctly and on time.
  • Attending to all repair jobs and breakdowns, and analyzing the cause of the problem.
  • Making suggestions for optimizing the preventive maintenance program and spare parts stock, and implementing approved recommendations.
  • Making suggestions for upgrading and improving existing equipment, and implementing approved recommendations.
  • Participating in the upgrade and installation of new equipment.
  • Ensuring that all Maximo administrative tasks are performed correctly and on time.
  • Ensuring that drawings and manuals are accurately updated.
  • Ensuring that the section's manpower is utilized correctly and efficiently.
  • Ensuring that all staff training needs are met.
  • Attending all scheduled meetings in a proactive and timely manner.
  • Alternating with colleagues from other sections when needed.
  • Ensuring that the section's staff complies with health and safety, lean, and sustainability practices of the company, as well as state regulations.
Required Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, preferably Electrical Engineering.
  • Work Experience: 10 years of relevant hands-on professional experience.
Professional Background
  • Experience in maintenance, preferably within the food manufacturing industry.
  • Hands-on experience in handling machine types TBA8, TBA 19 10v, TBA 22, A3F, and A3CF.
