Key Maintenance Role

We are looking for a skilled professional to join our team in the role of Key Maintenance Engineer. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in maintenance and engineering to support our operations.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering preventative maintenance, troubleshooting services, and ensuring equipment is functioning efficiently.

  • Respond to maintenance calls throughout the factory and repair equipment as needed.
  • Independently troubleshoot equipment and determine failure reasons through proper root cause analysis.
  • Inform relevant staff in a timely manner about discovered technical issues and participate in the installation, rebuilding, and upgrade of equipment.
  • Keep relevant staff updated on ongoing service activities and issues that may affect time, quality, or performance, ensuring strong collaboration with team members and cross-functional teams.
  • Execute all work in strict compliance with safety regulations and requirements.
  • Ensure all work meets company standards regarding product quality and food safety.
  • Comply with all reporting requirements as per company policies.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • At least 5 years of experience in maintenance, preferably within the food manufacturing industry.
  • Proven experience as a Tetra Pak Equipment Engineer or similar role, with minimum 5 years hands-on experience.
Technical Expertise
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of at least three of the following Tetra Pak filling equipment platforms:
  • TBA/8T
  • BA/19T
  • BA/22A3 Compact
  • FlexA3
  • FlexA3Speed
  • Knowledge and expertise in automation platforms, including:
  • GE Fanuc
  • Allen Bradley
