Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified Pool Professional to join our team. As a Pool Professional, you will be responsible for teaching swimming techniques, strokes, and water safety rules to students of various ages and skill levels. You will also provide positive reinforcement and encouragement to all swimmers, observing progress and providing feedback on performance.

In addition to your technical expertise, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with parents, colleagues, and other stakeholders. A commitment to promoting water safety and preventing accidents is also essential.

Qualifications

- Hold a formal coaching qualification or swimming certification
- Previous experience as a swimming coach/instructor
- Proficiency in coaching and teaching various ages and abilities
- Passion for developing young athletes and helping them reach their full potential
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Intermediate English language skills; verbal and written. Arabic would also be welcomed
