Business Development Manager, Cisco SMB

Job Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Cisco Small and Medium Business market segment by establishing and maintaining account plans.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain account plans to promote sales growth.
- Build strong relationships with partners at all organization levels.
- Recruit and develop new business relationships with partners.
- Share feedback to plan, execute, and manage promotional activities.
- Fully engage with Partner business managers' team.
- Liaise with vendor SMB team and partner sales team to effectively manage and close active deals.
- Achieve or exceed assigned quota for the Cisco product portfolio.
- Maintain credit lines with all partners.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 2-4 years of selling experience in Information Technology (distribution level) in wired, wireless, and security networking solutions.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple partners at the same time with a high quota.
- Ability to manage credit lines with the internal team and partners.
- Solid experience in selling to partners in a complex environment.
- Solid understanding of the IT industry, competing vendors, and the channel.
- Good communication (verbal and written) in English.
