Financial Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to fill a key leadership position in our finance and accounting department.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with experience in financial planning, budgeting, and cost analysis. They will also have knowledge of inventory costing, production expenses, and supplier accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement financial plans and strategies
  • Manage monthly closings and bank reconciliations
  • Supervise AP/AR, payroll, and inventory accounting teams
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and accurate financial reporting
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required

Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in manufacturing or printing

Proficient in accounting software and Excel

Strong analytical and team management skills
