Accounting Expertise

We seek an accomplished accounting professional to manage financial operations, maintain records, and provide expert advice on financial matters.

  • This role requires preparation of regular financial reports, budget planning, and analysis of financial trends.
  • The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of financial management, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and cash management.
  • They will work closely with the business team to develop financial strategies and make informed decisions.
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Preparing and reviewing financial statements and reports, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting best practices.
  • Managing cash flow, forecasting revenue and expenses, and analyzing financial performance.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to implement financial policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements

To excel in this role, the candidate must have:

  • Advanced knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgeting.
  • Expertise in Xero software, Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and other financial tools.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of achieving financial goals, improving process efficiency, and reducing costs.
  • Highly developed organizational, time management, and leadership skills.
