Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare and distribute correspondence, including letters, emails, and memos, while maintaining confidentiality when necessary.
  • Supply Chain Management: Oversee the ordering and maintenance of office supplies to prevent shortages and ensure seamless operations.
  • Data Analysis: Assist in generating reports and performing basic data analysis to support business decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Experience: Prior experience as a secretary or administrative assistant is essential.
  • Skills: Strong technical skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and project management software, are necessary.
