Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth through customer engagement and account management.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with existing customers to ensure high customer satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Prospect new business leads in target industries and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to leverage resources and technology solutions that align with your sales targets and the customer's business objectives.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, and strong operational skills, including forecasting and account health tracking.
