Job Overview

This is a unique opportunity to join HealthCare Dynamics Gen. Trading Company W.L.L as a seasoned Unified Communications & Collaboration Engineer (Senior). As part of our team, you will be responsible for the overall operation and maintenance of our Land Mobile Radio network, currently utilizing ASTRO 25 and WAVES Mass Notification System.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support the Land Mobile Radio System (LMRS), serving as the primary point of contact for user-generated support issues.
  • Request and manage frequency allocations from designated authorities.
  • Supervise technicians/engineers working on LMRS and WAVES Mass Notification System.
  • Work with external agencies, providing escort services when necessary.
  • Provide training to communication engineers to ensure they are up-to-date on current equipment.
  • Identify areas for improvement and recommend enhancements/upgrades to system performance.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, plus 8 years' experience; or an associate's degree with 4 years' experience; or a bachelor's degree with 1-2 years' experience.
  • A valid driver's license and ability to obtain U.S. Government Motor Vehicle Operator's License and Kuwait Heavy Duty Driver's License.
  • Excellent technical communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Customer service training and professional demeanor.
  • Ability to work effectively at all levels, including top management.

Working Conditions:

This position requires the ability to work in extreme weather conditions, with temperatures exceeding 120 degrees Fahrenheit. You must also be capable of lifting up to 50 pounds, standing for prolonged periods, and working in industrial production environments.
