We are seeking Senior Drilling Operations Experts with extensive experience in deep drilling operations to be based overseas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and control all operational functions of the rig, including drilling, movement, and maintenance.
  • Ensure that drilling operations are conducted safely, efficiently, and in accordance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of rig crew members to maintain a high level of productivity and safety.
  • Oversee the work of senior team members on both day and night shifts, ensuring consistency in operations and safety practices.
  • Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure proper functionality and reduce downtime.
  • Troubleshoot and address any issues that may arise during drilling operations.
  • Foster a culture of safety and compliance, ensuring that all team members adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the rig crew and management, ensuring effective communication and coordination of operations.
  • Coordinate with other departments, such as logistics, maintenance, and safety, to ensure that all aspects of the drilling operation are aligned and supported.
