Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to oversee IT projects and collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and project teams. As a Business Analyst, you will work closely with senior executives to ensure project deliverables meet quality and customer satisfaction standards.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage IT projects from inception to post-production support
  • Serve as liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams
  • Elicit, analyze, validate, verify, and facilitate testing of business process solutions and project requirements
  • Decompose high-level business needs into detailed requirements, use cases, user stories, business rules, and functional/non-functional requirements
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 5-10 years of experience in IT, Project Management, and Business Analysis
  • Strong skills in user interaction and full lifecycle business analysis
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written, verbal, presentation)
  • Interpersonal, collaboration, and facilitation skills at an executive level
  • Solid understanding of project management, business process improvement methodologies, and SDLC/Agile frameworks
  • Experience with data warehouses, databases, and integrations is a plus
