Project Manager - Translation & Linguistic Services

This role serves as the central point of contact between the Contractor, NATO's support agency (NSPA), and the CAF. It requires a decisive, organized, and mission-aligned leader capable of driving high-performance operations in multilingual, multi-location environments.

Responsibilities

  1. Serve as the Contractor's Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for all locations and operational matters.
  2. Represent the Contractor in all day-to-day activities, including meetings, reporting, and audits.
  3. Ensure the delivery of all contract services per the Statement of Work.
  4. Maintain 24/7 availability for coordination and operational oversight.
  5. Lead and supervise linguist teams across Kuwait and Jordan.
  6. Support operational tasking, deployment planning, and surge requirements.
  7. Coordinate with NSPA and CAF to resolve any service delivery issues.
  8. Ensure timely submission of all reports and deliverables, including KPIs.
  9. Uphold contract compliance with safety, quality, security, and personnel standards.

Qualifications

  1. Required
  2. U.S. or Canadian citizenship.
  3. Hold at a minimum, an active Secret Security Clearance.
  4. Proven experience in managing similar projects.
  5. Ability to speak, read, and write English at a TOEIC level between 785-940 or equivalent (ILR 3+).
  6. Willing to deploy to Kuwait and/or Jordan.
  7. Ability to speak Arabic (Standard or Gulf dialect).
  8. Experience managing linguist or translation service programs.
  9. Familiarity with NATO, NSPA, or Canadian Armed Forces operational environments.
  10. PMP or PgMP Certification.
