Project Manager - Construction

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects, ensuring timely completion, budget control, and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the overall strategy for soil remediation, contracting strategies, and contractor management. Additionally, they will manage multidisciplinary engineering activities to ensure efficient execution of projects such as FEED studies, ITB check estimates, and LSTK tender packages.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate services, including assistance for assigned projects, budget formulation, cost control, and quality assurance.
  • Oversee support services for supervising and directing engineering, procurement, and management of construction contractors appointed by the client.
  • Report to the Line Manager and be authorized to deputize for them during their absence.
Key Skills:
  • Strong project management skills, including experience in managing multiple projects.
  • Ability to develop strategic plans for soil remediation.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of construction regulations and codes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., civil engineering, construction management).
