Job Title: Site Supervisor (Civil Engineering)

Location: Kuwait (Any Nationality)

Main Objective:

To oversee the construction and maintenance of plants, buildings, equipment, components, or systems to ensure that work is executed according to client specifications.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Plan and schedule work efficiently to meet agreed deadlines.
  • Attend regular meetings with clients, architects, and consultants to keep them informed of progress.
  • Supervise and monitor site labor force through General Foreman and Supervisors, monitoring subcontractors' work for customer satisfaction.
  • Oversight quality control and safety matters on-site, ensuring regulations are adhered to.
  • Resolve unexpected technical difficulties and other problems as they arise.
  • Select and requisition materials for construction/maintenance, checking if they meet specifications.
  • Supervise proper material maintenance, advising on technology and modifications for simpler, cost-saving mechanisms.
  • Prepare necessary documentation for work completion, obtaining client approval after inspection.
  • Develop a relationship with Project Engineer, preparing periodic reports on work progress.

Safety and Quality Responsibilities:

  • Maintain safety standards, complying with health, safety & environment management system requirements.
  • Take reasonable care of own health and safety, as well as others in the workplace.
  • FOLLOW AND MAINTAIN COMPANY QUALITY STANDARDS IN ACCORDANCE WITH COMPANY QUALITY SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Engineering degree in any discipline.
  • Safety rules and procedures.
  • Knowledge of practical application.
  • CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP.
  • Production and processing.
  • Administration and management.
  • Problem-solving.
  • 4-8 years of GCC Oil & Gas related work experience.
