Job Title: Civil Infrastructure Project Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil Infrastructure Project Manager to lead our construction and maintenance projects.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan and schedule project work to ensure timely completion and meet client expectations.

2. Coordinate with clients, architects, and consultants to deliver high-quality projects.

3. Supervise site labour forces and monitor subcontractors' work to ensure customer satisfaction.

4. Oversee quality control and safety matters on site, ensuring adherence to regulations.

5. Resolve technical difficulties and other issues that may arise during projects.

6. Manage material selection and requisition for use in construction or maintenance.

7. Ensure proper maintenance of materials and advise on technological improvements.

8. Prepare necessary paperwork for project completion and obtain client authorization.

9. Develop relationships with Project Engineers and submit regular progress reports.

Safety and Quality Responsibilities

• Maintain safety standards and comply with health, safety, and environment management system requirements.

• Take reasonable care of personal and others' safety in the workplace.

• Adhere to company standards of quality in accordance with quality system requirements.

Education, Skills, and Experience

• Bachelor of Engineering degree in any discipline (as appropriate).

• Knowledge of safety rules and procedures.

• Practical application skills.

• Excellent customer relationship skills.

• Proficiency in production and processing.

• Strong administration and management abilities.

• Effective problem-solving skills.

• 4 to 8 years of experience in GCC Oil & Gas-related work.
