  3. Foster strong relationships with clients through regular communication, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Management
  1. Source, negotiate, and manage external suppliers, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality services.
  2. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution, including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual requirements.
  3. Ensure contracts and agreements are in place with all service providers, protecting the company's interests and minimizing risks.
  • On-Ground Execution
  1. Supervise on-site event setup and breakdown, ensuring adherence to approved plans and timelines.
  2. Lead the on-ground team to ensure smooth execution, addressing any real-time issues or concerns.
  3. Ensure event safety, quality control, and brand presentation are upheld to the highest standards, reflecting positively on the company.
  • Post-Event Reporting
