Job Overview
This is a critical role in our organization, requiring an experienced professional to manage the logistics operations of our company. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the Maintenance Departments, ensuring that personnel exhibit superior workmanship and focus to deliver quality products and services.

Main Accountabilities
  • Ensure sections complete all assigned tasks in accordance with the Installation Logistics LOGCAP V Performance Work Statement (PWS) and associated Technical Exhibits (T.E.s) and Contract Deliverables Requirements Lists (CDRLs).
  • Collect data and recommend process improvements under the Vectrus Quality Management Program.
  • Monitors personnel responsiveness to quality, quantity, and safety of all work performed.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • A minimum of ten (10) years general experience operating managerial activities in a type of work involving a combination of logistical and operational support functions.
  • Five (5) years specialized experience in military garrison logistics management and readiness.
  • Must be CAC eligible and/or able to obtain a Common Access Card (CAC).
  • Ability to read, write, and speak the English language with proficiency.
