Technical Operations Manager

This role is based in Kuwait and supports LOGCAP operations.
The successful candidate will report to the Supply Manager and be responsible for ensuring the subcontractor's compliance with technical requirements.
- Monitor and inspect services provided by the subcontractor to ensure quality, quantity, and timeliness as defined in the contract.
- Review and approve reports submitted by the subcontractor.
- Certify invoices for payment.
- Maintain detailed records of the subcontractor's performance and notify the administrator if unsatisfactory.
- Provide technical guidance to the subcontractor within the scope of the contract.
- Advise on changes to work under the contract and ensure written authorization or modification before implementation.
- Regularly visit the site to monitor performance.
- Evaluate work performance to ensure compliance with the Statement of Work and regulations.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in Military Contracting.
- Skills: Working knowledge of Base Life Support Operations, Performance Work Statements, and Subcontractor Management Processes.
This role involves working in an indoor and outdoor environment with extreme temperatures ranging from 30 degrees in winter to 130 degrees in summer.
