We are seeking a Technical Project Manager who can perform a dual role as Project Manager, Business Analyst, and Technical SME. The role involves managing a variety of IT projects, working closely with clients, stakeholders, senior executives, project teams, and IT SMEs to ensure project deliverables are achieved on schedule, within budget, and meet quality and customer satisfaction standards. As a Business Analyst, you will elicit, analyze, validate, verify, and facilitate testing of business process solutions and project requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Work collaboratively and effectively with team members
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage projects, resources, and budgets from inception through post-production support
  • Serve as the liaison between business units, technology teams, and support teams; support the project through implementation and post-project phases
  • Write requirements specifications using standard templates and tools
  • Decompose high-level business needs into detailed requirements, use cases, user stories, business rules, and both functional and non-functional requirements
  • Lead requirements elicitation, analysis, and verification to ensure completeness, consistency, and traceability
  • Develop Business Requirements Documents and represent requirements through models, prototypes, scenarios, or wireframes as appropriate
  • Participate in requirements prioritization and risk analysis
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing, draft UAT plans, and develop test cases
  • Participate in testing and quality assurance processes
  • Collaborate with developers and end-users to ensure application functionality aligns with client needs, and coordinate enhancements
  • Work with technical teams to establish the technical vision and analyze usability versus performance trade-offs
Requirements
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in IT, Project Management, and Business Analysis
  • Strong skills in user interaction and full lifecycle business analysis
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written, verbal, presentation)
  • Interpersonal, collaboration, and facilitation skills at an executive level
  • Solid understanding of project management, business process improvement methodologies, and SDLC/Agile frameworks
  • Skills in data mapping, gap analysis, and system analysis
  • Knowledge of business analysis and process improvement best practices
  • Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree is required; PMP and CBAP certifications are preferred
  • Experience with data warehouses, databases, and integrations is a plus
