**Job Overview**


As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of construction projects. Your primary responsibility will be to monitor progress and measure installed quantities against project plans. This involves analyzing data to identify areas where costs can be optimized through value engineering and feasibility studies.

Skill Requirements

  • Qualifications: You must hold a Bachelor's degree in science or arts and have a minimum of 8 years of post-graduation experience, with at least 5 years as a Quantity Surveyor.
  • Experience: You must have prior experience working on buildings-type projects and possess an advanced level of proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications.
  • Core Competencies: You should display core competencies by analyzing possible solutions using standard procedures while developing advanced skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Quantity tracking and forecasting
  • Estimate loading and MTO updating from IFC drawings for progress measurement
  • Interface well with project engineers, vendors, subcontractors, and other members of the project team

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Expertise in quantity surveying, quantity measurement, and bill of materials type contracts
