Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Management: Draft and negotiate contracts for oil and gas facilities projects, including pre-award and post-award activities.
  • Contract Administration: Coordinate contract submittals, prepare variation orders, claims, and close-out.
  • Procurement Support: Develop Invitation to Tender packages for large O&G facilities projects.
  • Contract Review: Assess contract conditions with legal, risk management, tax, and accounting personnel.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
