Project Director

To lead and manage projects within statutory requirements, Company procedures, and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities.

Job Objectives
  1. Represent the company and enhance relationships with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
  2. Prepare project execution plans for management review and approval, and manage approved plans to achieve project deliverables and timelines.
  3. Review contract documents and administer all project-related issues in conjunction with senior managers, following Company policies and procedures.
  4. Manage resources and expenses to complete contracts within timeframes.
  5. Liaise with HSE and/or Quality Department for preparation and publication of project safety and quality manuals, ensuring compliance with Company standards.
  6. E nsure timely payments are received from customers as per contract conditions.
  7. Identify and support skills and training needs of assigned personnel, aligning them with project requirements, and assist in recruitment for technically competent staff.
  8. Participate in tender pricing and technical documentation for upcoming projects.
  9. Lead a project team to meet deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction.
  10. Identify and scope additional works and technical upgrades not covered in the contract to enhance project deliverables, customer satisfaction, and revenue.
Education, Skills, and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (appropriate discipline).
  • Knowledge of Project Management theory.
  • 10 to 15 years of GCC Oil & Gas industry experience as a Site Engineer / Senior Project Engineer.
  • Understanding of finance principles.
  • Familiarity with Company policies.
