To manage projects within budget, time schedules, statutory requirements, and Company procedures, ensuring compliance with HSE and QA/QC policies and customer satisfaction.

Job Objectives
  1. To represent the Company and enhance relationships with clients, consultants, and regulatory authorities.
  2. To prepare the project execution plan for management review and approval, and manage the approved plan to achieve project deliverables and timelines.
  3. To review contract documents and administer all project-related issues in conjunction with the Senior Project Manager / Manager of Projects, following Company policies and procedures.
  4. To manage resources and expenses to complete the contract within budget and timeframe.
  5. To liaise with the HSE and/or Quality Department for the preparation and publication of project safety and quality manuals, ensuring compliance with Company standards.
  6. To ensure timely payments are received from the customer as per contract conditions.
  7. To identify and support the skills and training needs of assigned personnel, aligning them with project requirements, and assist in recruitment for technically competent staff.
  8. To participate in tender pricing and technical documentation for upcoming projects.
  9. To lead a project team to meet deadlines and ensure customer satisfaction.
  10. To identify and scope additional works and technical upgrades not covered in the contract to enhance project deliverables, customer satisfaction, and Company revenue.
Safety and Quality Responsibilities
  • Maintain safety standards and comply with the Company's Health, Safety & Environment Management System.
  • Take reasonable care of own health and safety and that of others in the workplace.
  • Follow and uphold Company quality standards in accordance with the Quality System.
Education, Skills, and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (appropriate discipline).
  • Knowledge of Project Management theory.
  • 10 to 15 years of GCC Oil & Gas industry experience as a Site Engineer / Senior Project Engineer.
  • Understanding of finance principles.
  • Familiarity with Company policies.
