Job Title: Project Lead - Mechanical Engineering

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project lead to oversee the execution of mechanical engineering projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budgets.
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Ensure that all project activities are aligned with company policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliverables.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 6-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in the oil and gas industry.
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
