We are seeking a highly qualified individual to join our academic team as an Assistant/Associate Professor in Management Information Systems. This is a full-time faculty position that requires a Ph.D. degree in Management Information Systems or a related field from an internationally accredited university.

The ideal candidate will have excellent publication records, particularly in the last five years, and a solid commitment to teaching excellence and student advising at the undergraduate level. They should also be able to work effectively in a diverse, interdisciplinary, and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the advancement of research activities and publish research findings in refereed journals.
  • Prepare teaching materials, maintain and improve competence in subjects being taught.
  • Develop and deliver courses to students.
  • Evaluate, monitor, and mentor student academic progress.
  • Supervise and assist students in all aspects related to the courses.
  • Guide, lead, and mentor students in internship and research projects.
  • Engage actively in promoting the growth of the institution and participate in strategic activities and events.
  • Participate in departmental and college meetings and activities.
  • Serve and support functional activities of departmental committees.

Qualifications:

  • A Ph.D. degree in Management Information Systems or a related field from an internationally accredited university.
  • Excellent publication records, particularly in the last five years.
  • Pursue academic achievements and have a demonstrable research capability.
  • Publish research findings in refereed journals.
  • Have a solid commitment to teaching excellence and student advising at the undergraduate level.
  • Ability to work in a diverse, interdisciplinary, and fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrable skills in oral and written English.
