About the Role:
We are seeking a highly experienced Airport Services Manager to oversee airport operations at our Kuwait station.
Job Purpose:
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe, secure, and cost-effective airport operations, achieving regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate alliance passenger handling strategies in conjunction with resource management affecting station flight schedules.
- Assess and forecast manpower planning in conjunction with peak periods, holidays, and seasonal flights.
- Manage daily operations and act as liaison between airport service providers, government agencies, and senior management.
- Provide inputs and recommendations to management on short- and long-term service improvements.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A relevant college or university qualification to at least Bachelor's level.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in a managerial role.
- Proven crisis management experience.
- Extensive knowledge of airline and airport operations.
- Excellent English language skills.
- Strong organizational and management practices.
