Facility Operations Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Facility Engineer to join our team. This role is responsible for supervising and coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance of hospital systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, elevators, and medical gas.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and hospital standards.
- Monitor and improve the performance of building management systems (BMS) to optimize energy consumption and reduce costs.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure all facility operations comply with local and international safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions to prevent hazards.
- Maintain fire safety equipment and conduct routine safety inspections.
- Ensure medical gas systems are maintained as per hospital standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in facility management, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of building management systems, mechanical systems, and safety protocols.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
